10AM – All gates and retail village opens

11AM – Game 1 – The Pony Club Buckmaster Final

12.30PM – Lunch commences for all pre-booked hospitality guests

3PM – Game 2 – England v The Commonwealth for The Royal Salute Coronation Cup

4.30PM – Royal Salute Coronation Cup Prize Giving

5.15PM – Game 3 – Diamond Jubilee Trophy

6.15PM – After Party

Dress Code

All areas : Smart casual

International Pavilion:

Gentlemen : Collared shirts, with trousers or chinos or smart jeans. Smart shorts to the knee. No beach attire or rubber flip flops.

Ladies : Dresses, skirts or trousers, smart shorts to the knee, or smart jeans. Sandals are permitted for ladies only.

This is an outdoor event and all seating is uncovered please dress appropriately for the weather.

Tickets
Please check your tickets carefully as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
Please look after your tickets as duplicates cannot be issued.
No access to grandstand seating without the correct tickets.
No monies can be refunded under any circumstances.
Please note a seat ticket is required for each child, however children under 2 may sit on your knee.

For your safety
Bags may be checked and any unattended items (including picnics) may be removed and destroyed.
No dogs or glass in the grandstand.
BBQs are NOT permitted.
Guards Polo Club reserves the right to refuse admission or remove ticket holders without giving a reason.
Cancellation of the event will only take place if extreme circumstances make it unsafe to play.

As a spectator
There is no access to or from your grandstand seat during play.
Ticket holders consent to the photographing, recording and filming of themselves as event attendees.
All seating is uncovered.
No smoking in the grandstand.
Gazebos are permitted within your parking area with a maximum size of 3m x 3m.
